# **Description**

This position is responsible for interpreting our orientation and training of all of our new hires while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

# **Tasks**

1. Must be able to perform other assigned duties as well (5%) of the time. 2. Bi-lingual (English Creole) required. 3. Must be able to translate English Creole documents. 4. Requires standing in front of a group of people to conduct training. 5. Translating for Management, HR, Benefits and First Aid in English and Creole. 6. Job requires escorting new hire Team Members to their departments. 7. Must be able to work in conditions of 45 degrees or less. 8. Must be able to work in the area with the noise level of 85db or higher. 9. Must be able to work in any other environmental factor such as humid, wet, and slippery 10. Requires using a computer to create documents being translated. 11. Must be able to work flexible hours depending on the needs of the company.

# **Requirements**

1. Must have basic computer skills. 2. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and ability required to perform all essential functions and related tasks, 3. Must have at least 8 months continuous work history with one employer within the past 24 months. 4. Recruitment will be from the following Alabama counties Blount, DeKalb, Etowah and Marshall.
